A GTM engineer’s portfolio: systems in production
Every system here shipped. Each deep dive covers the architecture, the trade-offs I chose, what broke, and what the numbers say. Client names anonymized; everything else is real, including the one that got wound down.

Built as the internal intelligence backbone of FullFunnel, a US GTM agency
Customer Lifecycle Intelligence Suite
One signal layer behind every revenue conversation: reps walk into calls with auto-generated briefs, churned and closed-lost accounts are watched for re-entry signals, and ten linked Clay systems cover the lifecycle from prospect to win-back without manual research.
- ~1,000 enterprise targets tracked with hiring, funding, tech, review, and 10-K signals
- Manual research time down 80% across 50+ client deployments
- Ran the internal build desk behind it: 47 structured build requests from AEs and CSMs
Publicly featured: signal-led enrichment masterclass
Signal-Led Outbound & Battle Card Engine
Outbound driven by buying signals: competitor monitoring and trigger events decide who gets contacted, when, and with what talking points. Taught publicly as a masterclass.
- Leadership-change timing signals weighted highest; new decision-makers reevaluate vendors within 6 to 12 months
- Battle cards generated per account from competitive and review data
- Won/loss analysis of 1,369 opportunities for one client exposed an inverted ICP: "Tier 1" accounts converted at 4%, Tier 2 at 25%
GTMinds product: live and free to use
ICP Analyzer
Free analysis tool that derives a company’s real ICP from its domain. Waterfall enrichment with confidence scores and evidence trails behind every field.
- Provider waterfall: PDL → BuiltWith → crawl → LLM, with per-source cost tracking
- Confidence scores derive from data availability; a field with no evidence returns null instead of a fabricated value
- The same waterfall ran ICP scoring across 48K+ CRM records for a PE portfolio
Publicly featured: Clay × Otter.ai webinar
AI-Driven Recruiting Workflow
Clay-orchestrated sourcing plus Otter.ai voice screening: a recruiting pipeline that interviews before a human does. Featured on Clay’s official YouTube channel.
- 3 top-fit internal hires made through the pipeline
- Voice screening replaced the first human interview round
- Recruiter screening workload down ~70%
Client engagements: US, Australia, Middle East, India
Reactivation, Deliverability & Multi-Channel Systems
Closed-lost reactivation, deliverability rescues, and multi-channel engines coordinating email, LinkedIn, and calling across CRMs. The maintenance layer that keeps meetings booked.
- Closed-lost reactivation: 6 meetings, 2 closures in 5 months
- Inherited a collapse to 0.8% reply rates and 120+ burnt domains; rebuilt the sending infrastructure from scratch
- Fintech multi-channel engine: 12+ meetings in 3 months; real-estate outbound sustaining 60K+ emails/month

Node-by-node walkthroughs of production n8n workflows: what they do, the one decision that mattered, and the workflow JSON, downloadable where the client allowed it.

What I built as the owner
Side venture: product & GTM lead with an engineering founding team
Koska: Voice Analytics for Physical Retail
Edge devices capturing on-ground sales conversations in stores, transcribed and scored for upsell misses, SOP compliance, and sentiment. I led it as the business owner: idea → strategy → PRD → pilots → pricing. It didn’t reach market, and that story is part of the portfolio.
- 128-call pilot analyzed for a financial-services use case
- 12-module product scope taken from concept to PRD to working pilot
- Wound down when the math got clear: hardware-gated distribution plus long retail sales cycles meant every pilot was expensive and every scale-up slower than the runway. We stopped instead of pretending.

Evaluating me, or want one of these built?
Interviewers: every deep dive ends with what I’d do differently. Ask me about those.
